I recently purchased an additional program from Alaziac Trading and encountered the same problem completing the down load that I watched the folks from Setup Wiz solve last week in less than 3 minutes. Someone from Alaziac trading was trying to complete the download, ran into the same problem, spent an hour thirty five minutes on the problem and broke our connection with no communication and I have not heard from them since. Needless to say, I went to Nick from the Setup Wiz team for help. What do you think? My software was up and running in no time!
