Our conditions are quite simple, and we will try to cover everything that you need to know about our service in this article.

Our service is obliged to keep personal data of clients in secret for an unlimited term.

If you want The Setup Wizard to install software on your PC or VPS, you need to have everything prepared beforehand.
To install Forex software you must have at least one legal copy of the software, which needs to be installed. You have to have a License number or anything else needed for the installation. Do not delete any e-mails from the vendor about your purchase.
If you want to use your software on a Virtual Private Server but you don’t have one, please e-mail us and we will tell you how you can do it. If you already have your own VPS, please e-mail us with the login details (IP-address, login and password) before or after the purchase.
A one-time installation is one installation session of one copy of the selected software on one PC or VPS

If you’ve ordered a wrong installation plan, contact us and we will try to solve this problem.

To install the software on your computer using a Remote Control program you have to make sure that the PC is running and isn’t in sleep mode. The technician may ask you questions about preferred settings and other important things using the LIVE chat integrated into the program or in any other way. Try to provide as much details as possible about your preferences before the setup time.

If the software is not what you expected or was advertised, then the money for the installation will not be returned.
The gold package contains unlimited installations of any software on one PC or VPS. You can change this PC or VPS once a month.
